At our Supported Living Service we support young people with Autism who display Challenging Behaviour. We aim is to provide a safe and caring environment for these individuals to thrive in.
You will be part of a strong team providing person centred care and personal care. We teach individuals new skills such as cooking, gardening, sports and creativity!
We have full time days or nights available.

What we require from you:
Knowledge or experience of Learning Disabilities or Autism
Be able to deal with Challenging Behaviour
To have good knowledge of Safeguarding and Social Care Skills
Be a good team player and be flexible
To report any maintenance issues and Safeguarding concerns to management
Provide emotional and educational Support to individuals
Complete daily notes and update Support Plans
