Joining our team as Trainee Letting Consultant, you will be assisting in all aspects of the letting process.

 

You will ensure the highest level of customer care is delivered to all current and prospective clients, You will be based both in the office (or working from home) helping assist with the admin process and also out in the field meeting clients and conducting viewings and helping the property management.

 

This job would suit anyone who has a customer service background that has worked in retail/ travel/hospitably or any other similar field. Experience is not required as you will have a full training.

 

DUTIES:

 

You will support the team in all duties, so that in their absence you can fulfil any aspect of the role. As our Trainee Letting Consultant you will:

 

Arrange and complete property viewings.

Arrange and coordinate property handovers and inspections with the developers.

Deal with tenants’ enquiries.

Register all applicants and assess their property requirements

Match applicants to any suitable properties and arrange for them to view the property.

Assist the lettings team in preparing/completing reference processes.

Coordinate and administer bookings of professional inventory clerks in-house and to external companies.

Process new tenancies on behalf of offices; producing tenancy agreements, booking check-ins, photographer and pre-tenancy works and issuing compliance documents.

Liaising with tenants and property managers to arrange access for repairs with contractors or furniture delivery.

Updating system with concise and accurate notes.

Day to day administrative duties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS and TRAINING :

 

You must be based in London

 

Teamwork

Good command of English: written and verbal (Required)

Good communications skills

Have strong negotiation skills (Preferred)

Good maths skills (Required)

PC Literate, proficient in the use of excel and with good knowledge of word and outlook. (Required)

Self-motivated, responsible and able to display initiative.

Flexible, eager to learn and take on new challenges.

 

HOURS OF WORK:

 

9.00 am to 7.00 pm Mon to Friday (40 Hrs a week)

At rotation on Saturday

5 Days a week

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

Previous experience in hospitality or sales preferred
